About The Authors
Timothy Sloan is a pastor, teacher, and author. He is the Senior Pastor of The Luke Church in Humble, TX. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Morehouse College, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. Dr. Sloan is married to Sonya M. Sloan, M.D., an Orthopedic Surgeon. They have three beautiful children: Sarah Julia, Soren Grace, and Timothy John.
Sarah Sloan, the daughter of Timothy Sloan, is a student and member of the National Honor Society, including both English and science, a Student Council Class Officer, a published author, an accomplished dancer, and a recognized leader and volunteer in her community and church. She loves Christ, people, and serving others.
